Exclusions

It is fair for us to also expect that the Guarantee is not abused.
The Guarantee explicitly exclude items below:
  • The device has been tampered with, with broken seal sticker
  • The device has been damaged permanently due to external forces and acts
  • The device is returned without its SIM card
  • The device is part of a contract and obtained from other channels not related to https://shop.katsana.com
  • The device has deep scratches and markings that render it unusable

How to claim the money back guarantee

  • The guarantee is only valid within 30-days of purchase.
  • To claim, you will to send an official email to return@katsana.com with the title [Claim for money-back]. The email MUST be sent within 30-days of purchase.
  • You may then come to KATSANA HQ to arrange for dismantling of the device.
  • If you opted for self-installation, you must dismantle the device and ship it back to KATSANA HQ within 60-days of purchase.
  • The money-back guarantee will be processed once the device has arrived at KATSANA HQ, within 30-days of arrival.
