WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BASIC AND PRO/PLUS VERSIONS?

Basic version allows you to access 1-day of travel history data, while Pro/Plus versions allows you to access much greater travel history data of 365-days.

To upgrade from Basic to Pro version, please use the Upgrade option in KATSANA® app.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CONSUMER AND FLEET/ENTERPRISE VERSIONS?

Consumer versions can track their vehicles in real-time using:

  • Android smartphone and tablets
  • iPhones and iPads

Fleet/Enterprise versions can track their vehicles in real-time using:

  • Android smartphone and tablets
  • iPhones and iPads
  • Web-browser (access to Fleet Tracking Dashboard)

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FLEET AND FLEETPRO VERSION?

Fleet and FleetPro are developed for Fleet/Enterprise customers.

  • Fleet: Access to live tracking dashboard on web-browser
  • FleetPro: Access to live tracking dashboard, fleet dashboard, performance dashboard and services dashboard.

Cash payment is only acceptable for installations at KATSANA HQ.

Security 

DO YOU PROVIDE VEHICLE RECOVERY SERVICE?

KATSANA® does not provide any recovery service in event of theft. We recommend you to use Location Sharing feature in KATSANA® app to share the location of the stolen vehicle to police and related parties.
